          This room contains works of art that offer a revision of ancient iconographies from a new perspective, inviting the spectator to dialogue with their forms, colors, textures and subjective experiences.

          The pieces exhibited here include works by renowned painters such as Salvador Dalí, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Jesús “Chucho” Reyes Ferreira and Emilia Ortíz, as well as Mexican artists who are still active, such as Sebastián, Lucía Maya, Carmen Parra, Pablo Rulfo, Alberto Venegas and Felipe Ehrenberg.
